Job Description

  • Set up, execute, and maintain all accounting processes and book-keeping (Tally / Zoho Books)
  • Prepare MIS — P&L, cash flow, receivables/payables, working capital — in close coordination with founders
  • Handle all GST filings — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, and notices
  • Manage export-related filings — LUT, IGST refund, FEMA compliance, FIRC tracking
  • Handle banking — fund transfers, CC/OD facility compliance, bank reconciliation, LC/remittance documentation
  • Coordinate with CA firm for statutory audit, income tax, ROC, and advance tax
  • Support investor and grant reporting — fund utilisation statements and due diligence data
