Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)
Location -- Sector 60, Noida
Qualification -- Graduation
Eligibility: Min 12 Months Experience Required.
Job Responsibility --
· Handling basic customer queries related to Products and providing customer resolution.
. Resolve Customer queries through phone Call.
. Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance
· Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers
· Willingness to work in Rotational Shift
. Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an efficient solution with empathy and professionalism.
. Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
. Providing accurate information about products or services and guiding customers in making informed decisions.
. Ensure that they are up to date on product information so that customers are given correct answers on the product or service that the Company is providing.
