Position: Tele Sales ExecutiveCompany: Sartaj Associates

Job Role & Responsibilities🔹 1. Customer Calling – Loan

• Company-provided database/leads থেকে prospective customers-কে outbound call করা।
• Customer-এর loan requirement, income/business profile ও basic eligibility সম্পর্কে তথ্য নেওয়া।
• Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP এবং অন্যান্য available loan products সম্পর্কে basic information দেওয়া।
• Interested customers-এর qualified leads তৈরি করে concerned sales/loan team-এর কাছে forward করা।
• Application, documentation ও processing-এর জন্য regular follow-up করা।

🔹 2. Insurance Calling

• Existing এবং prospective customers-কে insurance products সম্পর্কে call করা।
• Customer-এর requirement বুঝে appropriate advisor/Financial Consultant-এর সঙ্গে connect করা।
• Interested customers-এর appointment/meeting generate করা।
• Proposal, documentation ও follow-up-এর ক্ষেত্রে concerned team-কে support করা।

🔹 3. Agent / Financial Consultant Calling

• নতুন Financial Consultant / Agent-এর জন্য recruitment calling করা।
• Potential candidates-কে call করে job profile, earning opportunity, training ও career opportunity সম্পর্কে basic information দেওয়া।
• Interested candidates-এর interview/meeting schedule করা।
• Existing agents/consultants-এর সঙ্গে regular follow-up ও business activity সম্পর্কে communication রাখা।

🔹 4. Lead Follow-up & Conversion

• প্রতিটি lead-এর proper follow-up করা।
• Interested customer/candidate-এর status update রাখা।
• Hot, Warm ও Cold leads আলাদা করে maintain করা।
• Qualified lead sales/management team-এর কাছে timely handover করা।

🔹 5. Daily Reporting

• Daily calling report maintain করা।
• Total Calls, Connected Calls, Interested Leads, Appointments, Follow-ups এবং Conversions-এর record রাখা।
• Excel/CRM/Company MIS-এ daily update করা।

Key Skills Required✅ Good Communication Skills

✅ Hindi & Bengali communication preferred

✅ Basic English knowledge

✅ Good convincing & follow-up skills

✅ Basic computer/Excel knowledge

✅ Target-oriented attitude

✅ Banking / Loan / Insurance / Telecalling experience preferred

✅ Freshers can also be considered
