Job Description
1. Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
2. Lead Generation: Generate new enquiries and identify potential students interested in professional courses.
3. Counselling & Information: Explain course details, eligibility criteria, course benefits, career opportunities and fee structures.
4. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into walk-ins and admission opportunities.
5. Appointment Fixing: Schedule appointments for students to visit the institute for career counselling and assessment.
6. Walk-in Generation: Motivate prospective students to visit the centre for face-to-face counselling.
7. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, student enquiries, follow-ups and lead status.
8. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead generation and walk-in targets.
9. Communication Skills: Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with prospective students and parents.
10. Reporting: Submit daily calling reports and update.
