Job Description

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, referrals, and inbound digital leads.
  2. Needs Assessment & Consultation: Meet with prospective buyers (including IT directors, CTOs, and business executives) to analyze their current tech stack, operational bottlenecks, and budgets.
  3. Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver technical or value-driven presentations, software demonstrations, and tailored solution proposals.
  4.  Handle customer objections, draft commercial contracts, negotiate pricing or service-level terms, and close sales.
  5. CRM & Pipeline Management: Track all prospect interactions, sales stages, and forecasts using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  6. Account Management & Retention: Maintain post-sale relationships, coordinate client onboarding with technical/delivery teams, and drive renewals or cross-selling.
