WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR ARCHITECTJob Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 10 Years | PMC Experience Preferred

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Senior Architect with strong PMC experience to independently manage design coordination, statutory approvals and working drawing reviews for building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Technical Coordination

• Independently coordinate with the Design Architect, BMC Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP Consultants and Landscape Architect.
• Conduct consultant meetings and ensure timely closure of design requirements.
• Collect, collate and integrate drawings from all consultants.
• Carry out final checking of coordinated working drawings and resolve design discrepancies and technical clashes.
• Follow up on pending drawings, revisions and technical clarifications.

2. MOEF & Environmental Coordination

• Coordinate with environmental consultants and relevant authorities for MOEF/Environmental Clearance and applicable statutory approvals.
• Handle documentation, communication, compliance requirements and follow-ups related to environmental permissions.
• Track approval status, compliance conditions and submission deadlines.

3. Statutory & Project Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants for BMC and other applicable statutory approvals.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals and consultant communications.
• Independently drive coordination among all stakeholders to ensure timely closure of design and approval requirements.
• Candidate ProfileB.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong PMC experience, preferably in large building construction projects.
• Excellent technical knowledge of architectural drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in environmental clearance and statutory approval coordination will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
