Job Description

*WE ARE HIRING – BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE*

 

📍 *Location:* Mumbai – Office Based

 

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organised female candidate to manage back-office operations and reservations for *Nostravila Resort & Spa, Lonavala*.

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and sales coordination.

- Manage daily office administration and maintain records.

- Coordinate with resort staff, guests, and vendors.

- Assist with social media posts, content, and online promotions.

- Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

 

*Requirements:*

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and social media.

- Confident, responsible, and proactive attitude.

- Ability to multitask and work independently.
