Debt Recovery Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers with overdue EMIs at their registered/current addresses.
• Follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding dues.
• Explain overdue amounts and repayment requirements to customers.
• Negotiate and facilitate payment/settlement as per company guidelines.
• Maintain daily visit and collection records.
• Collect payments through authorised company channels and provide necessary documentation/receipts.
• Coordinate with the back-office and collections team regarding customer status and follow-ups.
• Maintain professional conduct and follow company collection policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in field collections, debt recovery, banking, NBFC or similar roles.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel across Mumbai.
• Basic smartphone and app usage.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and reliable.
• Freshers with a willingness to work in field collections may also apply.
