Job Description
Import & Export Business Development Executive – SalesJob Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and develop business in Import & Export and International Logistics.
- Identify and approach exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders, and distributors.
- Handle cold calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and client meetings.
- Promote freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance, and export-import services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams for smooth shipments.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
Requirements: Good communication, sales, negotiation, follow-up skills, and basic knowledge of Import & Export/Logistics.
