Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee-related processes.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations.
Manage joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Support HR policies, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, letters, and other documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
Proficient in MS Office/Excel and HRMS with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
