Job Title: Sales Executive – Inside Sales

About the Role:

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to convert leads into orders. You'll be given qualified leads — your job is to engage them, quote them, follow up relentlessly, and close deals. This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys selling and chasing results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to leads provided by the company (no cold prospecting from scratch)
• Manage and operate sales/marketing software such as AiSensy (WhatsApp Business), CRM tools, and email platforms for outreach and follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements (electronic components, quantities, specifications)
• Take pricing/quotes from the internal office team and share professional quotations with customers
• Follow up consistently on quotes, negotiate, and close orders
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and order status
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
• Coordinate with the internal purchase/office team to ensure smooth order execution

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English + Hindi
• Confident on calls and comfortable following up over WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Comfortable learning and managing software tools (AiSensy, CRM, Excel)
• Strong follow-up discipline — you don't let a lead go cold
• Sales-minded, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Freshers with strong communication welcome; sales experience preferred
