Senior Project Manager

Job Description – Project Manager (Construction)

Reporting To: Director 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.

• Plan and monitor project progress, manpower, materials, machinery, and resources.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and MEP teams.

• Ensure quality standards, approved specifications, and method statements are followed.

• Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Monitor project costs, productivity, and construction timelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.

• Coordinate with the head office for drawings, approvals, procurement, and other requirements.

• Conduct site coordination meetings and follow up on pending activities.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and highlight delays to management.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

• Coordinate snag rectification, final inspections, and project handover.

Role Objective: To manage and coordinate construction activities, ensuring project completion within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.
