Job Description
Position - Service Coordinator
Location - Vikhroli - Mumbai
Job Description:
Receive and log customer service requests, complaints, and breakdown calls.
Schedule preventive maintenance (AMC/CMC) and breakdown service visits.
Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for daily job allocation.
Track service calls and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
Prepare service reports, work orders, quotations, and maintenance schedules.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and closure.
Coordinate with the stores team for spare parts availability.
Maintain AMC records, service history, and customer databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
