Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in field sales and business development.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through cold calling, references, field visits, and other channels.
• Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions to customers.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow up with prospects.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
