Job Description

Mi Casa Su Casa manages multiple short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and other platforms. We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented person to handle guest communication from home.


📍 Note: This is a remote role but only open to candidates based in Mumbai.

  • Key Responsibilities:Chat with guests on Airbnb, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Send booking details, check-in info, and house rules
  • Change prices and calendar availability when needed
  • Ask for reviews after guest checkout
  • Coordinate with housekeeping or support staff if required
  • Requirements:Must be based in Mumbai
  • Good written English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and basic tech tools
  • Prior hospitality/customer support experience preferred
