Job Summary:

The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities, coordination with internal teams and vendors, maintaining service quality, and supporting business efficiency. The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure timely execution of services
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Handle booking/assignment, scheduling, and service delivery
• Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues/escalations
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
• Track vendor performance and compliance
• Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements
• Support cost control and operational efficiency initiatives
• Handle client queries and provide timely updates
• Assist in onboarding new vendors and operational setup

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Operations/Management preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in operations (car rental/logistics preferred)

Preferred Experience (Advantage):

• Experience in car rental / travel / logistics industry
• Knowledge of route planning, fleet handling, or vendor management
• Familiarity with handling drivers and vehicle operations
