Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in Home Loan products.
Understand customers' requirements and explain suitable home loan options.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the sales team for further processing and home loan closure.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and English communication required; knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.
Freshers are welcome; prior telesales, telecalling, banking or home-loan experience is an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
