Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Job OverviewWe are looking for motivated and confident Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students and medical professionals regarding our courses and training programs. The candidate will handle inquiries, explain course details, follow up with interested candidates, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students and medical professionals through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and program benefits.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and resolve their queries.
- Counsel students and address objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and daily reports.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team performance.
- Skills & RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English and fluent Hindi communication preferred.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Interest in education counselling and sales.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Salary & BenefitsMonthly salary of ₹12,000–₹18,000, depending on experience and interview.
