Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our gold loan branch and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving branch targets, managing the sales team, acquiring new customers, maintaining portfolio quality and ensuring smooth, compliant branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive gold loan sales and branch business targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the branch sales team.
• Develop the local market through customer acquisition, referrals and business relationships.
• Ensure quality sourcing, proper KYC, documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Monitor the branch loan portfolio, renewals, collections and overdue accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable RBI/regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor branch profitability, productivity and overall performance.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in gold loans, NBFCs, banking or financial services sales.
• Prior experience in branch management/team handling will be preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge and customer acquisition skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills.
