E-Commerce Executive

FineHepa Industries is a Delhi-based manufacturer of HEPA air purifier replacement filters and vacuum cleaner accessories. We sell on Amazon.in and on our own website finehepa.com, and we are expanding our product range. We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to run our day-to-day marketplace operations from our Laxmi Nagar office.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central - titles, bullet points, images, keywords and A+ content.

Handle daily orders, returns, cancellations and customer messages, and maintain account health, ratings and reviews.

Track FBA and Easy Ship inventory, plan replenishment shipments and prevent stock-outs.

Run and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and report on spend, ACOS and sales.

Do keyword and competitor research to find new listing, pricing and product opportunities.

Maintain daily and weekly sales, inventory and returns reports in MS Excel.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing, labelling and dispatch.

Support catalogue work on other marketplaces as we expand.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience on Amazon Seller Central. Flipkart or Meesho experience is a plus.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Good written English for listing content and customer communication.

Graduate in any stream.

Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently on daily deadlines.
