Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Job OverviewWe are looking for confident and motivated Education Counsellors to connect with prospective students, doctors, and medical professionals. The candidate will explain our educational programs, understand student requirements, provide course guidance, follow up with interested leads, and help convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students and medical professionals through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and program benefits.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inquiries and resolve questions professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates to encourage enrollment.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain lead databases and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Skills & RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English and good Hindi communication.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in education, counselling, and sales.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and performance targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹18,000, depending on experience and interview.
