Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):


* ग्राहकों की सहायता करना: स्टोर में आने वाले ग्राहकों का मुस्कुराकर स्वागत करना और उन्हें उनकी पसंद का सामान ढूंढने में मदद करना।

* सामान की शेल्फिंग (Stocking): गोदाम (Warehouse) से सामान लाकर शेल्फ (Racks) पर सही तरीके से लगाना। यह सुनिश्चित करना कि कोई भी शेल्फ खाली न रहे।

* सामान की जांच (Expiry Check): रोजाना उत्पादों की एक्सपायरी डेट (Expiry Date) चेक करना और पुराने सामान को पहले बेचने के लिए आगे (FIFO नियम) रखना।

* स्टोर की साफ-सफाई: अपने अलॉटेड एरिया (विभाजित क्षेत्र) और रैक्स को हमेशा साफ, व्यवस्थित और धूल-मुक्त रखना।

* प्राइस टैगिंग: सभी प्रोडक्ट्स पर सही कीमत (Price Tag/Barcode) और ऑफर के बोर्ड लगे होने की जांच करना।

* बिलिंग में मदद: जरूरत पड़ने पर या भीड़ के समय बिलिंग काउंटर (Cash Counter) पर ग्राहकों की मदद करना और सामान को बैग में पैक करना।


आवश्यक योग्यता और कौशल (Skills Required):


* बातचीत की कला: ग्राहकों से विनम्रता, धैर्य और आदर के साथ बात करने की क्षमता।

* समय के पाबंद: शिफ्ट के अनुसार समय पर स्टोर पर उपस्थित होना।

* शारीरिक रूप से सक्रिय: लंबे समय तक खड़े रहने, चलने और सामान उठाने में सक्षम होना।

* टीम वर्क: स्टोर के बाकी स्टाफ और मैनेजर के साथ मिलकर काम करने की भावना।
