HR Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing real estate organization. You will handle day-to-day Recruitment, HR operations, talent acquisition for high-volume sales and technical roles, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end hiring for real estate profiles including Sales Executives, Channel Sales, CRM, Marketing, Project Engineering, and Architecture. Source candidates via portals.

● HR Operations & Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, exit formalities, attendance tracking, and leave management.

● Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity).

● Employee Relations: Address grievances, foster a positive work culture, and run employee engagement activities.

● Performance Management: Assist in rolling out performance appraisals and maintaining employee databases. Requirements & Skills

● Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably within a real estate developer or construction firm.

● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring fast-paced sales and site-construction personnel.

● Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
