Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our banking sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales executives, developing customer relationships, and achieving business targets for banking products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, Credit Cards, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

Handle banking sales processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Generate business through customer references, leads, and channel partners.

Monitor team performance, sales productivity, and conversion rates.

Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSA partners, and customers.

Ensure proper follow-ups, lead management, and timely reporting.

Maintain sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Ensure compliance with banking policies, documentation requirements, and company procedures.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

3–5 years of experience in banking sales, loan sales, or financial services.

Prior team-handling experience is preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of banking products, loan processes, and customer acquisition.

Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
