Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products and financial solutions.

 Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan options (Personal, Home, Business, or Auto Loans).

 Screen applicants for basic eligibility based on income, credit score, and financial documents.

 Follow up with interested leads and assist them with the document collection process.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and pipeline stages in the database/CRM.

 Meet daily call targets and monthly loan disbursement goals.
