Job Description

- Generate new customers and business leads.

- Call all leads and follow up for party bookings.

- Generate revenue through customer calls and booking confirmations.

- Make birthday and anniversary calls to customers.

- Take customer feedback after their visits.

- Maintain and update customer data in the software.

- Follow up with existing customers for repeat bookings.

- Handle customer queries and booking inquiries.

- Maintain daily calling and booking reports.
