Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month + Performance Bonus

Job Role – Academic Counsellor
We are looking for a confident, communication-oriented and target-driven Academic Counsellor who can guide students and working professionals in choosing the right technology course according to their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals and requirements.
- Explain KodeToCareer courses, curriculum, projects, training methodology and career opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counselling.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Conduct counselling sessions and help students make informed course decisions.
- Maintain lead and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and training team when required.
- Build a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process.
Required Skills: Must Have:
- Hindi + English + Hinglish fluent
- 1-2 years education/sales experience (preferred)
- Phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet comfortable
- Google Sheets / CRM basic knowledge
- Problem-solving aur empathy strong
