Job Description
Role Objective
Develop business by building relationships with doctors, hospitals, companies, institutions,
consultants, and patient coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate patient referrals and new business opportunities.
- Engage doctors, hospitals, companies & institutions.
- Manage patient onboarding, follow-ups and coordination.
- Drive patient conversions, retention and revenue growth.
- Maintain CRM, reports and market intelligence.
- Ensure SOP, compliance and ethical standards.

* Doctors engaged and newly onboarded
* Patient referrals and conversions
* Incremental D2P, doctors, hospitals, companies,
institutions, consultants, and patient coordinators.

Qualification & Experience
* Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, specialty therapies, D2P, or business development.
