Job Objective:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Associate who will be responsible for visiting business owners and MSME businesses across Delhi-NCR, introducing them to I Design My Life's Business Coaching and Consulting Services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings with our Sales Team for detailed discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit Business Owners, MSMEs, shops, offices, and other businesses within assigned areas of Delhi-NCR.

Approach business owners directly and initiate professional conversations about their business.

Introduce I Design My Life and briefly explain our Business Coaching and Consulting Services.

Create awareness about how professional business coaching and consulting can help business owners improve and grow their businesses.

Understand the basic business requirements, challenges, and pain points of potential clients.

Identify and qualify interested business owners as potential leads.

Convince interested prospects to schedule a detailed meeting with the main Sales Team.

Fix appointments and meetings between qualified business owners and the Sales Team.

Collect and maintain accurate prospect information, including business name, owner name, contact details, business type, location, and requirements.

Follow up with prospects to confirm scheduled meetings.

Coordinate with the Sales Team and provide complete information about the generated leads.

Maintain daily records of field visits, prospects contacted, leads generated, appointments fixed, and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly field sales and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and persuasion skills.

Good sales and lead-generation ability.

Comfortable with door-to-door and face-to-face business visits.

Ability to confidently communicate with business owners and decision-makers.

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Good knowledge of the Delhi-NCR business market will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and digital data entry/CRM.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Any Discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or a similar role.

Experience in B2B sales or dealing with business owners/MSMEs will be preferred.

Must be comfortable with extensive field visits across Delhi-NCR.

Should be confident, presentable, energetic, and proactive.

Should have the ability to initiate conversations with new people and convert prospects into qualified meetings.
