*Job Description*

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage the hiring of Delivery Executives for leading quick-commerce and food-delivery platforms such as BigBasket, Blinkit, and Swiggy.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and calling.

- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities.

- Screen candidates based on eligibility and job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, document collection, and onboarding.

- Follow up with candidates until joining and onboarding completion.

- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate records.

- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

- Coordinate with the operations team for candidate deployment.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

*Eligibility*

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

- Freshers can apply.

- Prior experience in recruitment/telecalling will be an advantage.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to work with daily targets.

- Candidates with experience in delivery, BPO, telecalling, or bulk hiring will be preferred.
