Interior Designer Cum Field Supervisor

About the Job

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Designer cum Field Supervisor to manage and supervise interior projects across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Gurugram.

This is primarily a field/site-based role. The candidate should have practical experience in interior project execution and be capable of independently coordinating labour, contractors, vendors and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Visit project sites regularly and supervise day-to-day work.

Manage complete interior site execution and ensure timely progress.

Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring and finishing work.

Read and understand interior drawings and layouts.

Ensure site work is executed according to approved designs and specifications.

Take and verify site measurements.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other workers.

Manage labour and allocate daily work.

Check quality, finishing and workmanship.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the team to resolve them.

Check material requirements and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Track daily site progress and provide regular updates to management.

Coordinate with clients during site visits when required.

Ensure project work is completed within the planned timeline.

Maintain basic site records, measurements and progress reports.

Required Skills

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, punctual and capable of taking ownership of site work.

The right candidate should be comfortable travelling to project sites across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Gurugram.

Travel allowance will be provided for official site visits.

Salary: ₹25,000/month
