Job Overview

Appexigo is hiring Backend Operations Executives to support day-to-day operational activities in our Background Verification (BGV) processes. This role is suitable for freshers who prefer backend / non-voice work, involving data handling, documentation, and process execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform backend operations related to background verification cases
• Update and maintain case data, trackers, and internal systems
• Verify documents and information as per defined SOPs
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality checks
• Coordinate internally with quality and operations teams
• Track case progress and support timely closure within TAT
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate data

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and email communication
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Process-oriented and disciplined work approach
• Willingness to learn backend operations in a corporate environment
• Salary Package₹11K–₹15K In-hand
