Job Description
- Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, property portals, and other marketing channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, preferred location, and timeline.
- Explain real estate projects, configurations, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant details to potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, location preference, and purchase intent.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits/meetings between customers and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.
- Achieve assigned targets for qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, qualified leads, and site visits.
