About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Female Relationship Manager – Wealth to join our team at Noida Sector 18.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating business across stock broking, life insurance, general insurance, home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a proven ability to acquire clients, and a strong sales mindset.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients and build a strong customer base.
• Open and activate share trading / Demat accounts with prospective clients.
• Generate leads and acquire clients for life insurance and general insurance products.
• Source customers for home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Generate business through personal networking, references, leads, and market outreach.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular records of leads, prospects, conversions, and client interactions.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products to existing clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Female candidates only.
• Experience in wealth management, stock broking, banking, insurance, financial services, loans, or investment products will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with field/network-based client acquisition when required.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and investment services.
• Candidates with an existing client/network base will have an advantage.
