Job Description

First Point of Contact: Answer customer calls, chats, and emails regarding products, services, or billing.

Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, provide clear solutions, and process escalations when needed.

Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to build trust, secure repeat business, and encourage loyalty.

Data Management: Record all interactions, track service requests, and update client records using CRM tools.
