Restaurant Manager

WE ARE HIRING – ALL DAY DINER MANAGERLocation: Pausa, Baner–Balewadi, Pune

Pausa is looking for an experienced, responsible and proactive All Day Diner Manager to oversee complete day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Operations: Independently manage all daily operations, opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage stock levels, inventory tracking, purchase planning, vendor coordination and minimise wastage.
• Staff Management & Training: Hire, train, supervise and manage the kitchen and service teams.
• Team Coordination: Handle staff scheduling, shift allocation, attendance, performance monitoring and team discipline.
• Customer Experience: Maintain service standards, handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns.
• Sales & Cost Control: Monitor daily sales, expenses, food costs, wastage and operational profitability.
• Hygiene & Quality Control: Maintain food safety, cleanliness, hygiene and quality standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement.
• Administration & Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, inventory records, staff documentation and operational reports.
• Operational Ownership: Identify challenges, implement processes and ensure the overall efficiency and growth of the diner.
• Requirements3–5 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality or all day dining operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory, procurement and cost control.
• Experience in staff training and operational management.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage complete operations and take ownership.
