Job Description
A Real Estate Sales and Marketing professional drives property visibility, generates qualified leads, and converts prospects into buyers or tenants.Combines brand promotion, digital/offline marketing strategy, and direct sales execution to market real estate projects and close transactions. Build brand awareness, fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads, and meet monthly or quarterly revenue targets. Handle sales inquiries, conduct telecalling, follow up on web/channel leads, and manage walk-in clients.Guide clients through site visits, explain project layouts, pricing, and amenities, and match properties to client needs. Present offers, negotiate deal terms with buyers and sellers, and guide clients from booking all the way to final agreement and registration. Maintain client records using CRM tools, manage channel partner/broker networks, and provide after-sales assistance.
