Job Description

  • Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and outstanding follow-ups.
  • Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance and related documentation.
  • Reconcile gold and silver inventory records with accounting records, where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
  • Assist with monthly closing, MIS reports, audits and preparation of schedules for the finance team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, auditors and tax consultants.
