Job Description – Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales
Location: Rajkot
Industry: Life Insurance
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through customer visits, references, and field activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain life insurance products and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales and policy issuance targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers for documentation, payments, and policy issuance.
- Conduct field visits and meet customers in assigned areas.
- Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
- Previous sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives (as per company policy)
