Job Description
Immediate opening for a Pharmacy Store Manager.
1 Ensure the store opens and closes on time and staff follows discipline.
2 Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper medicine display
3 Attend walk-in customers and ensure excellent service.
4 Resolve customer complaints and ensure repeat business
5 Check stock regularly and prevent shortage of fast-selling items.
6 Manage purchases and follow up with suppliers.
7 Active Participation in accurate billing and prescription validation
8 Maintain good relationships with doctors, customers, suppliers and staff.
Key Skills Required:
1 Knowledge of inventory management and billing software(Marg).
2 Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
3 Responsible person who is willing to take ownership of work.
4 Knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations
5 Good Communication Skills
