Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business and develop customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new B2B leads through field visits, market research, references, and networking.
• Visit prospective and existing customers and understand their requirements.
• Present company products/services and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and leads and convert them into orders.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain daily field visit reports and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
• Candidates familiar with Ranjangaon MIDC and nearby industrial areas will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
