Job Description
Real Estate Sales Manager – Archers Properties LLP
Location: Wagholi / Talegaon Dhamdhere / Shikrapur, Pune
Responsibilities:
• Manage sales team and daily follow-ups
• Handle leads, site visits and deal closing
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Develop brokers / agents / channel partners
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
• Monitor staff performance and discipline
Requirements:
• 3+ years Real Estate Sales experience
• Plotting / Land Sales experience preferred
• Strong team handling, negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of CRM / Excel preferred
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 + Incentives
