Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Convince potential customers and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
