JOB DESCRIPTION – SALARY MAKER

Designation: Salary Maker Department: Accounts / Payroll Company: Radhadarshan Petropack LLP Location: Kim, Gujarat Experience Required: 1–2 Years Salary Range: 18,000–20,000 Per Month Leave: As Per Company Policy Notice Period: 30 days Week Off: 4 days / month Work Timings:

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Prepare monthly salary sheets and payroll records.

 Calculate employee salaries based on attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions.

 Verify attendance records and ensure accurate salary calculations.

 Maintain employee salary records and payroll-related documentation.

 Prepare salary statements and reports using MS Excel.

 Coordinate with HR and Accounts for attendance verification and salary-related queries.

 Ensure timely and accurate salary preparation.

Skills Required:

 Basic knowledge of salary preparation and payroll processing.

 Knowledge of attendance, overtime, leave, and salary calculations.

 Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

 Good numerical and calculation skills.

 Accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.

 Good coordination and time management skills.

Qualification:

 Graduate in Commerce or any relevant field preferred.

 1–2 years of relevant experience in salary preparation or payroll processing preferred.
