Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and other applicable labour law requirements.
  • Handle employee exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation.
