Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll and employee engagement.
  • Maintain HR records and implement company policies.
  • Resolve employee queries and prepare HR reports.

Required Skills:

  • Gujarati Language is Mandatory
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 1–3 Years Education: Graduate in HR or a related field.
