Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai | Employment: Full-Time
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to generate leads and close deals for coworking spaces, managed offices, and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, networking, brokers, referrals, and corporate outreach.
Understand client requirements and arrange meetings and site visits.
Prepare proposals and conduct regular follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Maintain sales records and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and site visits.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
