The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, assist with showcasing our products through photos and videos, ensure timely delivery of shipments, and manage invoicing for new orders. Additionally, they will liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth and accurate shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction and Support:

• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and providing personalized assistance.

2. Product Showcase:

• Take high-quality photos and videos of jewellery pieces as requested by customers.

• Share product visuals and descriptions, highlighting details and craftsmanship to meet customer expectations.

3. Shipment Tracking and Coordination:

• Monitor shipments through the portal to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues.

• Work closely with courier companies to ensure shipments are accurately dispatched and delivered.

• Provide courier partners with necessary information regarding specific shipments when required.

4. Invoice and Order Management:

• Generate accurate invoices for new orders and share them with customers and the accounts team.

• Maintain records of orders, invoices, and shipment statuses for reporting and tracking purposes.

5. Customer Feedback and Improvement:

• Gather and document customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings.

• Proactively suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.
