📋 JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Type: 100% Inbound Voice Process.
- Role: You will be responsible for handling customer issues and resolving queries effectively.
- Support: Your goal is to provide excellent customer service. (Don't worry, comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed!)
💰 SALARY STRUCTURE (Based on Experience):
- Graduate Freshers (or up to 6 months exp): ₹24,200
- 6 to 12 months experience: ₹28,950
- 13 to 18 months experience: ₹31,200
- Last Band (18+ months experience): ₹33,700
