Job Description
Job Summary : The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for attending customers at the sales counter, understanding their needs, promoting products, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate records and a well-organized counter area.
- Key Responsibilities : Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries at the sales counter
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, pricing, and availability
- Process sales orders, billing, and payments accurately
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products at the counter
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the store or warehouse team
- Update sales records and prepare daily sales reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
